An engineer specializing in low carbon development, Matthieu delivers comprehensive sustainability solutions across diverse sectors. His expertise spans carbon reduction strategies, renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, water infrastructure, and waste management. Working throughout Southeast Asia, he transforms technical knowledge into practical pathways for sustainable economic development.

Katiya Anothai
A versatile team member with experience in climate change awareness and education. Katiya facilitates climate trainings and supports various functions including communication, sourcing, and data management. With a background in economics and multilingual capabilities, he effectively engages with diverse audiences while handling the practical aspects that keep our sustainability initiatives running smoothly.

Mr. Sisavath Phimmasone
Mr. Sisavath Phimmasone is an agricultural specialist and deputy head at DALaM with over 15 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, soil science, and agroecology. He holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Agricultural Resource Management and is pursuing a Ph.D. at Khon Kaen University. His work focuses on conservation agriculture, soil health, and empowering farmers through innovative, participatory approaches across Laos.

Mr. Sachai Saykhammoun
Mr. Sachai Saykhammoun is a technical expert in agricultural and renewable energy engineering, with academic training in Cuba and the Philippines. Currently serving at the Ministry of Energy and Mines in Laos, he specializes in biomass energy, solar technology, and automation systems. With hands-on experience in machinery, remote monitoring, and renewable energy systems, he contributes to advancing clean energy solutions and sustainable technologies across Lao PDR.

Energy Efficiency Engineer & International Consultant
Mr. Florent Paradis–Schindler
Mr. Florent Paradis–Schindler is an energy efficiency engineer and international consultant with expertise in building thermal performance, carbon audits, and renewable energy. With nearly two years of field experience and an academic background in engineering and applied mathematics, he currently lectures on HVAC systems and photovoltaic technologies in France while consulting on climate-related projects in Lao PDR. His work spans energy auditing, software-based simulation, and developing educational tools for sustainability.

Senior Management Consultant
Vilayvanh Saysanavongphet
Vilayvanh Saysanavongphet is a seasoned senior management consultant with over 25 years of international experience across Laos, Thailand, France, Australia, and the USA. She specializes in small and medium enterprise management, project counseling, and feasibility studies, having worked with government ministries, international organizations like the World Bank, and multinational corporations including Unilever. Currently operating as a freelance consultant since 2019, she holds a Master's in Business Administration from France and brings extensive multicultural expertise to her diverse portfolio of clients.

Graphic Designer / Illustrator
Manilla Chounlamountri
Manilla Chounlamountri is a talented graphic designer and illustrator based in Vientiane, Laos, with a BA in Fine Arts with Digital Design Emphasis and a minor in Business Administration from Seattle University. She has extensive experience working with international organizations including UNDP, UNODC, and UNRCO, as well as local businesses and cultural events. Her expertise spans digital illustration, logo and branding design, packaging, and event materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Procreate. Notable achievements include winning 1st place in The Vientiane Urban Furniture Design Competition and serving as Art Director at established agencies like MeIdea and Digital Monkey.

Software Development and Data Engineering Specialist
Sylvain Dorey
Sylvain Dorey is a software development and data engineering specialist with 10 years of experience in full-cycle project development. He has delivered digital transformation projects for western companies, Lao government ministries, and NGOs, including land registration systems and monitoring platforms. A French citizen with computer science and applied mathematics background, he specializes in adapting modern technical solutions to diverse organizational contexts.
